Victory Life Toowoomba leadership believe that church planting should be part of the ethos of the local church. Over the last 5 years we have planted churches in Africa, and the USA. Pastor David believes that we should live our lives according to ACTS 1:8 and see as many churches planted as possible, in order to bring a strong Christian presence in whatever region the church is planted.
